Finance Manager
Artemis Human Capital is working in partnership with a market-leading business with a proven track record of sustained profitability and growth. They are eager to appoint a commercial and ambitious Finance Manager to undertake a pivotal role, driving financial performance, ensuring robust controls and supporting strategic decision making.
Working closely with the MD and Commercial Director, responsibilities will include;
- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Provide insightful financial analysis to guide strategic planning and operational decisions
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial reporting.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to support growth initiatives
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls to maximise profitability
The Person
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven experience within a fast-paced business
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
