They are now seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and elevate their marketing strategy, with a sharp focus on digital channels, brand development, and lead generation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, ambitious team and make a meaningful impact on a respected brand.

The Role

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will have full ownership of the marketing function, leading the planning and execution of all digital marketing activities. You’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s online presence, driving engagement, and supporting commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Content Marketing:

  • Own and manage the company’s website, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Drive online visibility and lead generation through a robust SEO strategy (including execution of a 12-month improvement roadmap).
  • Plan, execute, and optimise targeted Google Ads campaigns (AdWords).
  • Create, schedule, and manage dynamic social media content across platforms (minimum 3x per week – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and manage monthly e-newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate on the creation of branded assets, marketing materials, and product brochures for both digital and print use.

Events & Trade Shows:

  • Lead the end-to-end coordination of 4–5 major trade exhibitions annually across Ireland and the UK.
  • Oversee logistics, booth design, marketing materials, and post-event engagement strategies.

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a B2B or product-based industry.
  • Strong track record in improving online traffic and engagement through SEO, PPC, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • Proficient in social media content planning and scheduling.
  • Comfortable working with Google Analytics and other reporting tools to drive data-informed decisions.

Personal Attributes:

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for brand storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Self-starter with the confidence to take ownership and work independently when needed.
