Digital Marketing Manager – High-End Hospitality Collection

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be exclusively assisting our client with the recruitment of a Digital Marketing Manager. Our client is a growing High-End hospitality group that is looking to establish a Marketing function that will help with their brand as they scale.

This is a newly created position with my client and they are interested in speaking to candidates coming from a hospitality chain, hotel, retail background. My client would also be interested in candidates coming from a fast-paced Marketing Agency.

Duties

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the individual hotel’s overall business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and create digital campaigns that resonate with them.
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing investments.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Setting up strategies for social media and online platforms
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain relationships with digital marketing vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Explore new technologies and platforms to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Oversee content creation and management for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
  • Be proficient in data, web and other competitive analytics
  • Involved in budgeting & media planning

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce Marketing, ideally in the hospitality industry.
  • Multi property experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
