The Role

You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative corporate team working on a broad range of matters including:

• Mergers & acquisitions (domestic and cross-border)
• Private equity and venture capital deals
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory

The team is involved in some of the most significant transactions in the Northern Irish market, offering exposure to complex, high-profile work from day one.

About You

• 3+ years PQE with strong experience in corporate law
• Solid transactional experience, particularly in M&A
• A commercial mindset and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
