We are currently recruiting on behalf of a modern and highly regarded commercial law firm in Belfast city centre, seeking a Corporate Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE to join their established and growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a background in corporate and transactional work, particularly with experience in banking and finance, to work with a dynamic partner and gain exposure to high-value, complex deals across a range of sectors.

The Role

You will be involved in a broad mix of corporate and finance work, including:

• M&A (share and asset sales/purchases)

• Corporate restructures

• Shareholder agreements and company law matters

• Banking and finance transactions (acting for both borrowers and lenders)

• Private equity and investment work

The team acts for a diverse portfolio of local SMEs, large corporates, banks, and investors, offering high-quality work without the hierarchy of larger firms.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience

• Strong background in corporate and/or banking & finance law

• Comfortable managing transactions and liaising directly with clients

• Excellent drafting, technical, and commercial skills

• Motivated, team-oriented, and client-focused
