Corporate Finance Manager
An established mid-tier professional services firm in Belfast is looking to appoint a Corporate Finance Manager to join its growing advisory team.
The role offers broad Corporate Finance exposure across buy-side and sell-side M&A, valuations, financial modelling, MBOs, MBIs, fundraising and strategic advisory.
The successful candidate will work across the full transaction lifecycle, from initial client discussions, analysis and valuation through to marketing, negotiation, due diligence and completion.
A key feature of the role is the opportunity to work directly with local and regional business owners and management teams. This provides scope to build strong client relationships and develop a local network and client base across the Belfast and wider Northern Ireland market.
The role would suit a qualified accountant or existing Corporate Finance professional looking to broaden their transaction experience, take greater responsibility for clients and develop both their technical and commercial skillset.
