Corporate Finance Director
The hiring firm are wanting to add a new Corporate Finance Director due to sustained growth and expansion plans.
The hiring firm deliver a lot of work throughout NI and ROI across multiple sectors, so you will gain experience across these sectors and be able to specialize in whichever you enjoy the most.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Belfast.

The Role:
- Buy & sell-side due diligence.
- Financial & commercial appraisal.
- Business planning.
- Responsible for engagement scoping & project set up.
- Management of project team- preparation & presentation of the end client deliverable.
- Building & developing sustainable client relationships.
- Participation in business development activities.
The Person:
- ACA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong experience within a due diligence/corporate finance focused role.
- Experience leading teams
- Excellent communication & leadership skills.
