What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
- Managing escalations and engaging with subject matter experts to resolve complex issues
- Reviewing legal documents for key information, accuracy, and consistency
- Supporting data-led contract remediation and legal transformation projects
- Following defined negotiation strategies while delivering practical legal solutions
Who We’re Looking For:
- Legal background with a degree (or international equivalent) in law
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (in-house or law firm)
- Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
- Confident, collaborative, and comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
- Self-starter with a drive to grow, deliver, and succeed
