Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm based in Portadown, is seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy property team.

The Role

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You’ll be joining a supportive and friendly team with excellent administrative support and a strong local client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and associated conveyancing paperwork

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors

• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and AML requirements

• Maintaining a high standard of client care and service delivery

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience in conveyancing

• Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
