Our client, a well-regarded and long-established law firm based in Lurgan, is seeking to appoint an ambitious Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy property department. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a solid grounding in conveyancing who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and client-focused practice.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The successful candidate will play an integral role within a close-knit team, providing high-quality service to a loyal client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing files
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases, and title documents
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
• Maintaining excellent standards of client care and attention to detail throughout each transaction

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience in conveyancing
• Sound knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and independently
• A proactive and professional approach to client service
