An established and well-regarded law firm based in Ballymena is seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment, handling a varied and high-quality caseload.

The Role:

• Managing a full conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion

• Handling a range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity

• Providing clear, practical advice to clients and maintaining strong client relationships

• Working closely with colleagues to ensure a high standard of service delivery

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in conveyancing

• Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions

• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• A proactive and professional approach to work
