A well-established and respected law firm based in East Belfast is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join its busy property department. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in residential conveyancing who is looking to join a supportive and close-knit team.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the conveyancing department, assisting in the progression of property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

Managing client files and keeping systems updated
-
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders

Handling searches, Land Registry applications, and post-completion tasks

Diary management and general administrative duties
About You
-
At least 4 years’ experience in a conveyancing legal secretary role (residential or commercial)

Strong working knowledge of conveyancing processes and terminology

Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office

Professional, friendly, and client-focused

Able to work independently and as part of a team
