A leading Belfast law firm is seeking to recruit a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (2–5 years PQE) to join its expanding Real Estate team. This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a high-performing, modern, and well-respected practice.

The Role:

• Managing a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, development transactions, investment work, and property finance.

• Acting for a strong client base ranging from major NI and UK businesses to developers, investors, lenders, and commercial landlords/tenants.

• Working closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex, high-value transactions while also running your own files with autonomy.

• Supporting long-term client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

Criteria:

• A qualified solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in commercial property (or a blend of property and real estate finance).

• Strong technical ability, excellent drafting skills, and a sound commercial mindset.

• Confidence managing files independently, while also working collaboratively within a dynamic team.

• A proactive, client-focused approach and a desire to progress within a growing practice.
