An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join a leading commercial law firm in Belfast. This role offers access to high-profile clients, cross-jurisdictional work, and the chance to be part of a progressive and fast-paced team.
The Role
You will advise a diverse range of clients, from multinational corporations to scaling tech and energy companies, on a broad spectrum of commercial matters, including:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Supply of goods and services, agency, distribution, and outsourcing agreements
- Technology, IP, and data protection-related contracts
- Supporting corporate transactions from a commercial perspective
- Advising on contractual risk and regulatory compliance
You’ll work closely with partners and senior solicitors, gaining exposure to both standalone advisory work and large-scale projects.
About You
- 2+ years PQE in commercial contracts or general commercial law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- A commercial, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team
