Client Platform & Operations Team Lead

Artemis Human Capital is pleased to once again support a valued client — a growing and well-regarded wealth management firm undergoing an exciting period of evolution. We’ve partnered with this business across several successful appointments and are now assisting with the recruitment of a newly created leadership role within their operations function.

As Client Platform & Operations Team Lead, you’ll take on a central role in enhancing the client journey during a key platform transition. This is a hands-on role within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment, offering real scope for progression and development.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll join a tight-knit and experienced operations team, working collaboratively across the following areas:

  • Supporting the rollout of a new client platform, ensuring seamless delivery across the business.

  • Overseeing onboarding processes and managing client account transitions during the migration.

  • Working closely with advisers to ensure the efficient delivery of strategic financial planning solutions.

  • Helping to streamline and document internal processes to support the evolving client journey.

  • Providing day-to-day guidance to a small, capable team to ensure work is delivered to a high standard.

What we’re looking for:

This role would suit an operations professional with 3–4 years’ experience in a wealth management or private client environment — someone who’s confident, collaborative, and eager to step into a leadership position. Candidates will ideally possess:

  • Exposure to the wealth management sector — either directly, or via a secondment/project-based role (essential).

  • Strong knowledge of onboarding, operational processes, and client transitions.

  • Experience supporting platform or system migrations (desirable).

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and excellent attention to detail.

  • Any paraplanning or financial planning exposure would be advantageous but isn’t essential.

  • Confidence in supporting or leading team members within a busy operational function.
