Client Onboarding Manager
Artemis Human Capital is working exclusively with local lender to recruit an experienced and commercially minded Client Onboarding Manager. This is a newly created and vital role, supporting business growth by ensuring clients are onboarded swiftly, efficiently, and compliantly.
The Role:
- Manage the full client onboarding process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of KYC, AML, and Source of Funds checks.
- Identify solutions to onboarding hurdles to help deals complete without unnecessary delays
- Act as a business partner to the sales and lending teams, supporting transactions rather than hindering them
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK and Irish AML regulations, ensuring processes are always compliant
- Develop and refine onboarding processes to improve efficiencies
- Provide clear, practical advice and training to internal teams around AML/KYC best practices
The Person:
- 2+ years’ experience in onboarding, AML/KYC, or compliance roles
- Experience within financial services, commercial banking or fintech is preferred
- Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, Source of Funds/Wealth verification, and regulatory frameworks
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance regulatory obligations with business priorities
- Confident working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment with tight timelines
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
