Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with an esteemed organisation in the search for a business support administrator. This is a varied role that will provide high level administrative support to the senior management team and wider business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and team members.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters and telephone calls.
- Prepare, format and proofread documents, reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update filing systems (both electronic and paper-based)
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Manage office equipment and liaise with suppliers or maintenance providers.
- Support onboarding of new staff (setting up workstations, providing office orientation, etc.).
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional office environment.
Project & Operational Support
- Assist in planning, monitoring and delivering business projects.
- Support process improvement initiatives and documentation.
- Track key business metrics and prepare operational performance reports.
- Provide administrative support for events, workshops and training sessions.
Compliance & Confidentiality
- Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain accurate and secure personnel and company records.
- Support audits, compliance reviews and quality assurance processes.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative/business support focused position.
- Confident communicator who can liaise with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Competent use of MS Suite including Excel.
- Strong time management skills – capable of adhering to reporting deadlines.
