The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and converting a strong pipeline of business opportunities, identifying new clients, growing existing accounts, and securing long-term partnerships.

Working closely with internal teams, you will play a key role in supporting business growth and delivering commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify and secure new business across target markets
• Manage the full sales process from initial engagement through to close
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support successful project delivery
• Contribute towards overall revenue and growth targets

About You

• Proven experience within sales, business development, or account management
• Strong commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated, organised, and proactive approach to work
