Banking Solicitor – Belfast (4+ Years’ PQE)

A leading UK commercial law firm with a growing presence in Northern Ireland is seeking an experienced Banking Solicitor to join its expanding Belfast team.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality banking and finance transactions, acting for major UK and international banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers. You’ll advise on acquisition finance, real estate finance, corporate lending, and leveraged finance matters, supporting complex deals across multiple sectors.

Working closely with senior lawyers across the UK, you’ll enjoy exposure to national and cross-border transactions and play a key role in developing relationships with both clients and intermediaries.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland or England & Wales with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in banking and finance law

• Solid experience acting for lenders and/or borrowers on a range of financing transactions

• Excellent drafting, technical, and negotiation skills

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage client relationships effectively

• Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable working as part of a collaborative, high-performing national team
