The Role:
As an Audit Senior Manager, you will lead and develop a talented audit team while managing an impressive portfolio of Northern Ireland-based clients across a range of industries. This role is locally focused, meaning no extensive travel, allowing you to build strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and delivering high-quality audits for an impressive client base.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards.
- Supporting strategic business initiatives within the firm.
The Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you will be:
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with extensive audit experience.
- Currently operating at Senior Manager level, or an ambitious Manager ready for the next step.
- Highly skilled in stakeholder management and client engagement.
- Solutions-focused with a strategic mindset.
- Eager to progress within a firm that values development and internal promotion.
