What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing financial reporting processes, including preparation of statutory accounts and management reports.
- Monitoring budgets and reporting on financial performance, ensuring full compliance with financial regulations.
- Coordinating month-end and year-end financial processes, working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Supporting external audits and liaising with auditors to ensure smooth and transparent reporting.
- Contributing to the development of financial policies and driving process improvements.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of trainee accountants and graduates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
What You’ll Need
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified,or actively working towards qualification.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and management accounting.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working with external auditors and knowledge of financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.
