Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working with a reputable business in the legal sector. Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented administrative professional to join the business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team where your contributions will be highly valued whilst gaining exposure within a highly reputable firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to one particular department, including file management, document formatting and client correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation, collation and filing of documents and legal bundles.
  • Maintain accurate records on the case management system and ensure documents are properly archived.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting queries as appropriate.
  • Schedule meetings, book rooms and assist with travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Support billing processes and assist with time-recording when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
