Accountant (Part-Time)
Artemis Human Capital are pleased to be partnering with a reputable professional services business as they seek to appoint a part-time accountant to their busy team. This role will initially be a 12 month FTC with the possibility to go permanent. This role will manage the day-to-day of the firm’s internal accounting & finance processes and will work closely with senior stakeholders.
The Job…
This role will oversee the following:
- Maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Preparation of management accounts for review.
- Process supplier payments in accordance with internal controls & procedures.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports as required.
- Preparation & processing of monthly payroll.
The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will ideally possess the following:
- Experience within a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Strong IT skills, experience using Xero would be particular advantageous.
- Sound understanding of internal accounting procedures & financial controls.
- Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
