What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Assisting with month-end close procedures
✔ Managing company credit card reconciliations and related postings
✔ Handling petty cash transactions and reconciliations
✔ Processing employee expense claims
✔ Supporting inter-company account recharges
✔ Preparing financial reports for key stakeholders
✔ Assisting with VAT & Intrastat returns and filings
✔ Playing an active role in business improvement initiatives
✔ Supporting the annual external audit process
✔ Gaining hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Invoicing & Accounts Receivable
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1+ years’ experience in an accounts department (or strong internship/work placement)
✅ Working towards AAT or equivalent accounting qualification
✅ Strong team player with excellent attention to detail
✅ Confident communicator with good IT & Excel skills
✅ Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently
✅ A proactive approach with a drive to learn and grow
