Management Accountant
Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a well-established Northern Ireland business to recruit a Management Accountant to join their Finance team at their Banbridge office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a successful and growing organisation, playing a key role in delivering accurate financial information, supporting commercial decision-making and contributing to continued business growth.
The Role
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Provide financial analysis and insight to support key business decisions.
- Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, investigating variances.
- Support cash-flow reporting, year-end accounts and audit processes.
- Work closely with operational teams to improve financial reporting and processes.
The Person
- Experienced Management Accountant or finance professional with relevant experience.
- Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent Excel and accounting software experience.
- Confident communicator with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
