We are working alongside a scaling business in the Fintech sector as they look to appoint a Growth & Partnerships Executive to support the next phase of their expansion.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and forward-thinking company where you’ll play a key role in building client relationships, generating new business opportunities and contributing to overall commercial growth.

The Opportunity

This role will suit someone who enjoys networking, developing relationships, and working within a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and collaborate across sales and marketing functions to help drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential clients through proactive outreach and relationship building
• Develop and maintain strong connections with prospective business partners and customers
• Research market activity and identify new commercial opportunities
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support business growth initiatives and campaigns
• Keep CRM systems and pipeline activity updated accurately
• Attend networking events and industry meetings where required

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience within sales, business development, account management, or client-facing roles
• Essential Requirement
• Full clean driving licence
