Finance Manager – Part-Time (12-Month FTC, Potential to Go Permanent)

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to partner with a respected professional services firm who are looking to welcome a Finance Manager into their busy team. This part-time role will initially be a 12-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to become permanent. You will take ownership of the firm’s day-to-day finance operations and work closely with senior stakeholders to support key decision-making.

Job Overview:

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Preparing management accounts for review by senior management.
  • Processing supplier invoices and payments in line with company procedures.
  • Producing ad hoc financial reports as required.
  • Managing the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.

About You:

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in a similar finance/accounting role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong IT skills; experience with Xero is particularly advantageous.
  • A good understanding of internal accounting procedures and financial controls.
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
