This is a truly career defining opportunity for a recently qualified (or soon to be qualified) professional who is keen to kick-start their career in Corporate Finance. The role will work across all areas of corporate finance & offers full training and support.
The Job…
Working collaboratively with the wider CF team, you will gain experience across the following:
- Engaging in due diligence projects for both buy side & sell side transactions.
- Exposure to deal advisory & M&A activity across the local NI market.
- Working closely & in a ‘hands-on’ capacity with clients on advisory work.
- Involvement in financial modelling, valuations, & business development initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will ideally possess the following attributes:
- A newly or recently qualified accountant (those who are non or part qualified but have significant experience may also be considered).
- Previous experience within a Corporate Finance or Audit department is essential.
- Excellent communication & organisational skills.
- A passion for a career in corporate finance.
