FP&A Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded FP&A Accountant / Management Accountant to join a fast-growing international organisation. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic finance team, supporting strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and performance insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide insightful financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across the business.

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with key departments to deliver accurate business plans.

• Support scenario planning and financial modelling for growth initiatives and new opportunities.

• Prepare monthly management reporting and performance commentary for senior leadership.

• Develop and enhance reporting tools to improve visibility of business performance.

• Support financial systems development and process improvement projects.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand and track the financial impact of business changes.

What We’re Looking For

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance function.

• Strong background in management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or product-based environment.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non-finance stakeholders.
