We are currently working on behalf of a well-established, progressive law firm based in Dungannon that is seeking to appoint a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy and reputable property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to take the next step in their career with a supportive and long-standing practice that offers a strong local client base, quality work, and a clear pathway for progression.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of title

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documents

• Ensuring all files are managed in line with compliance and regulatory requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (1+ year PQE preferred, although newly qualified candidates with strong conveyancing experience will also be considered)

• Solid experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple files

• A proactive and professional approach to work
