Newly Qualified Accountant – Forensics
Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a leading accountancy practice as they seek to expand their forensics team. They are seeking a newly qualified accountant who is keen to take their first post-training contract step into a forensic accounting role.
No previous forensics experience is required & there will be full training & onboarding support given for the successful applicant. This role will initially focus on some of the personal injury cases, offering a good insight into forensic techniques, reporting & investigatory work. In the future, this role will transition into also incorporating some of the more corporate cases.
The Job
- Carrying out financial analysis, modelling, & investigations.
- Preparing expert witness reports for personal injury & negligence cases.
- Working closely with solicitors, barristers, & insurance clients.
- Developing a deep understanding of forensic accounting techniques & legal procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
- Recently qualified ACA/ACCA accountant, preferably from a practice background.
- Strong attention to detail & analytical thinking.
- Comfortable working with large datasets & financial models.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- An interest in building a long-term career in forensic accounting.
