Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to one particular department, including file management, document formatting and client correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation, collation and filing of documents and legal bundles.
- Maintain accurate records on the case management system and ensure documents are properly archived.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting queries as appropriate.
- Schedule meetings, book rooms and assist with travel arrangements for senior management.
- Support billing processes and assist with time-recording when necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
