Systems Accountant
Artemis Human Capital are working with a client on a new opportunity within a growing, business for a Systems Accountant to play a pivotal role in the rollout of a new ERP system and modernisation of the finance function.

Responsibilities
- Lead ERP system improvements and finance process automation initiatives across multiple sites.
- Design and implement scalable, efficient finance processes with robust internal controls.
- Deliver training, troubleshoot systems, and drive user adoption of digital tools and workflows.
- Build insightful Power BI dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., product margin, cost variances, sales trends).
- Identify inefficiencies and introduce automation to reduce manual workloads.
- Support ad hoc finance tasks and collaborate with leadership on performance reporting.
The Person
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA); part-qualified or QBE with relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in ERP systems, process improvement, and finance automation.
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI and reporting dashboards.
- A self-starter who is confident working independently and communicating technical changes clearly.
- Experience implementing or upgrading finance systems and integrating digital or AI-driven tools is highly desirable.
