Sales Ledger Team Lead

Artemis Human Capital are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger professional to oversee the sales ledger function, manage invoicing and collections, and drive improvements in accounts receivable, ensuring accurate reporting and excellent stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise and process timely, accurate sales invoices and credit notes
  • Allocate payments, reconcile customer accounts, and maintain audit trails
  • Chase overdue debts and liaise with customers to resolve queries
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly ageing analysis and support month-end close

The Person

  • 3–5 years in sales ledger/accounts receivable roles
  • Strong in Excel and accounting systems
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to reconcile and analyse
  • Clear and confident when handling customer queries and internal stakeholders
