The Job…
Day to day, you’ll be working across the following:
- Leading end-to-end corporate finance engagements, including M&A, fundraising, & financial modelling.
- Working closely with clients, investors, & internal teams to deliver strategic advisory services.
- Supporting junior team members & contributing to business development initiatives.
- Playing a key role in shaping the firm’s future growth in corporate finance.
Candidate Criteria…
To be considered for this exciting new opportunity, you will possess the following attributes:
- ACA or ACCA qualified accountant.
- Strong post qualified experience working in a corporate finance focused role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ambitious & driven individual.
- Good commercial acumen.
- Management experience preferred.
