The Role:
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Commercial & Technology team, advising clients on a broad range of matters, including:
- Commercial contracts
- Data protection & privacy
- AI and emerging technologies
- Cyber security
- Intellectual property
This role offers exposure to high-value, complex work with a strong client base, including multinational corporations, technology firms, and household-name brands.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 1-5 years’ PQE with experience in commercial law
- Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively and contribute to business development
- Experience gained in a leading corporate or commercial law firm
- A proactive and collaborative approach with a commercial mindset
