Our client, a leading professional services firm in Belfast, is seeking a skilled Administrative Support Officer to join the business on a full time/permanent basis. This newly created role and will focus on providing essential administrative support to a key department that is growing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications (calls, emails, post) and handle routine queries
- Assist senior management team members with administrative requests

Coordinate event logistics, including booking venues, managing registrations and preparing materials

Support both in-person and online events, including tech set-up and post-event follow up

Maintain accurate records and internal databases

Assist in maintaining and updating digital learning resources
Essential:
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively and accurately

Personable and professional approach

Meticulous attention to detail

Solution orientated approach to problem solving

Familiarity with platforms such as Zoom and Teams
