Our client, a leading professional services firm in Belfast, is seeking a skilled Administrative Support Officer to join the business on a full time/permanent basis. This newly created role and will focus on providing essential administrative support to a key department that is growing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming communications (calls, emails, post) and handle routine queries
  • Assist senior management team members with administrative requests
  • Coordinate event logistics, including booking venues, managing registrations and preparing materials

  • Support both in-person and online events, including tech set-up and post-event follow up

  • Maintain accurate records and internal databases

  • Assist in maintaining and updating digital learning resources

Essential:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively and accurately

  • Personable and professional approach

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Solution orientated approach to problem solving

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Zoom and Teams
