Candidate Criteria…

Professionally qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA).

Proven audit experience within a mid-tier or Top 10 practice environment.

Strong people management and client-facing skills.

A proactive and motivated approach with a focus on high standards.

Key Responsibilities…

Overseeing audit engagements from planning through to completion.

Managing team workloads and supporting junior staff through coaching and mentorship.

Delivering clear, actionable audit reports to senior stakeholders.

Ensuring timely responses to client queries and maintaining strong relationships.

Identifying and advising on areas of risk and potential improvement.
