Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working with a leading NI firm as they seek to appoint an Audit Director in a newly created role to support with the practice’s ambitious growth plans. As Audit Director, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional service to the firm’s impressive portfolio of NI-based clients, while also playing a key role in the mentoring and development of the wider team.
The Job…
Working closely with the firm’s senior leadership, you will be involved across the following areas:
- Lead & manage a portfolio of external audit engagements with clients across a variety of sectors.
- Oversee the end-to-end audit process- from planning through to completion.
- Ensure audit projects are delivered in line with quality, compliance & regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, & develop a team of professionals- supporting with technical and professional growth.
- Manage project timelines, budgets & resource allocation.
- Build & maintain strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following criteria:
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Experience working in a high performing audit team.
- Already working at director level, or 3+ years experience at associate director/senior manager level.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven management experience.
