NQ – 5 Years' PQE

A long-established and well-regarded Belfast firm is currently seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with between Newly Qualified and 5 years’ PQE to build a long-term career in residential property within a firm known for its strong local presence and client-focused service.

The role: 

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors

• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity

• Supporting senior team members and contributing to team success

Criteria:

• A qualified solicitor with 0–5 years’ PQE, ideally with some conveyancing experience (gained during training or post-qualification)

• Strong organisational and client care skills

• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently when needed

• A genuine interest in developing a career in conveyancing
