Tax Advisory Associate Director

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working with a reputable local corporate finance team as they seek to appoint a Tax Advisory Associate Director to their growing team. This is an exciting new opportunity within a dynamic team, it will be a career defining move for the successful applicant as our client provides unrivalled scope for future progression & professional development.

This is not a ‘back-office’ tax job, you will be embedded within a market leading corporate finance team- working on complex, high-value deals & helping clients navigate the tax implications of M&A, restructuring, succession planning & restructuring. You’ll be part of the firm’s senior leadership team, assisting with shaping strategy and developing a high-calibre team.

The Job…

You will collaborate closely with a highly experienced team, playing an integral role across a wide range of corporate finance projects, including:

• Provide expert tax advice on a wide range of corporate finance projects (including mergers, acquisitions, disposals & restructurings).
• Lead & deliver complex tax advisory projects from initial scoping through to completion.
• Developing & maintaining strong client relationships.
• Identify tax risks and planning opportunities through due diligence & structuring phases.
• Contribute to business development efforts.

The Ideal Candidate…

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally possess the following attributes:

• ACA or CTA qualified.
• An experienced tax professional, with a strong background in tax advisory.
• Commercially minded, solutions focused & a team-player.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
