Artemis Human Capital are working in partnership with a leading professional services firm in their search for a receptionist. As the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house environment. This position also involves supporting the administrative operations of the firm.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer incoming telephone calls, transfer calls and take accurate messages
- Manage solicitors’ diaries and schedule appointments
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and meeting rooms
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries
- Carry out general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry
- Monitor and order office supplies, and liaise with external service providers when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in reception/administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
- Professional and personable approach
Additional details:
- Full-time role – Monday to Friday
- Office-based position in city centre offices
