Artemis Human Capital are working in partnership with a leading professional services firm in their search for a receptionist. As the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house environment. This position also involves supporting the administrative operations of the firm.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, transfer calls and take accurate messages
  • Manage solicitors’ diaries and schedule appointments
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and meeting rooms
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries
  • Carry out general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry
  • Monitor and order office supplies, and liaise with external service providers when necessary

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in reception/administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
  • Professional and personable approach

Additional details:

  • Full-time role – Monday to Friday
  • Office-based position in city centre offices
