Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – 1–2 Years PQE

An established and forward-thinking commercial law firm in Belfast is seeking to recruit a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience to join their busy property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop their career in a collaborative and highly regarded legal environment. You’ll work closely with experienced partners and associates on a range of residential property matters, with direct client contact and the support of a skilled legal team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

• Advising clients on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity

• Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors

• Ensuring all legal documentation is completed accurately and on time

• Contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the team

Criteria: 

• A qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland with 1–2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing

• A strong understanding of the NI property market and relevant legal processes

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• A client-focused and proactive approach

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
