Management Accountant
Are you a commercially minded Management Accountant looking to make an impact in a growing business?
We are partnering with a successful and ambitious company that is entering an exciting phase of growth. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial operations. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape processes and drive change from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful analysis
- Develop and maintain project costing and budget tracking
- Provide variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership
- Assist with forecasting, cashflow management, and strategic planning
- Support process improvements and system development as the business grows
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Experience in management accounting, preferably within industry environment.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
