Financial Controller – Remote Working

Join a highly successful, internationally renowned manufacturing firm as they seek a dynamic Financial Controller to lead their Belfast-based finance team during a 9-month maternity cover. With operations across the globe, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking, fast-moving organisation that values flexibility, innovation, and excellence.

As the Number 1 finance lead on the ground in Belfast, you’ll take ownership of hands-on accounting responsibilities while leading a small, dedicated team. You’ll report directly to the US-based Head of Finance, giving you exposure to international finance operations and strategic insight.

The Benefits:

• £55k – £65k salary (pro-rated)
• Remote working (only office based during month-end)

The Role:

• Manage a small team
• Run and complete financial month-ends
• Preparation of monthly board pack
• Complete year-end audit
• Cashflow forecasting and variance analysis
• Maintain and develop balance sheet

The Person:

• Chartered accountant
• Team management skills/ experience
• Excellent communication skills
