An established and well-respected law firm in Belfast is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join its busy litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a passion for advocacy and client care to progress their career in a supportive and dynamic practice.

The Role:
You’ll take on a varied caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters, including road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, and public liability claims. The role involves handling files from initial instruction through to resolution, with regular client contact and the opportunity for court advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full caseload of personal injury litigation files

• Preparing cases for hearing in the County Court and High Court

• Drafting pleadings, statements, and other court documents

• Advising clients on liability and litigation strategy

• Liaising with medical experts, counsel, and insurers

Criteria:

• 2+ years’ PQE in personal injury litigation

• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

• Confident advocacy and negotiation skills

• A client-focused approach and ability to work independently

• Admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland
