They have a new vacancy for an office administrator to join their warm and welcoming team. This is a key role in the business support function of the company and will play a pivotal part in the smooth functioning of the busy office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support across the business.

  • Managing phone and email queries.

  • Organising and maintaining the executive calendar.

  • Booking meeting rooms and coordinating schedules.

  • Inbox management and document preparation.

  • Preparing reports.

  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining office organisation.

  • Facilitating communication between departments.

  • Drafting documents for senior team members.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous administration experience in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior management.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Good IT skills and proficiency in MS Suite.

  • Personable and professional approach.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
