Your Role:

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in:

  • Developing and implementing strategic employee relations initiatives
  • Leading consultation and negotiation processes with trade unions
  • Driving positive workplace culture through proactive HR policies
  • Providing expert guidance on complex ER cases, policy development, and change management
  • Working closely with business leaders and HR teams to align HR strategies with business objectives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an Employee Relations/HR Business Partner role within a complex organisation
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, ER case management, and union negotiations
  • Experience in change management and HR strategy implementation
  • A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • A degree (or equivalent) with relevant HR/ER experience (CIPD membership desirable)
