Exclusive Role-HR Business Partner –Opportunity with a Global Manufacturing Leader

Location: Dungannon Area

Salary: £Competitive + Bonus

Holidays: 32 Days (Including Stats)

Artemis Human Capital is exclusively partnering with a global manufacturing client in the Dungannon area, seeking an experienced HR Professional due to continued growth, you will be joining a well established HR team, in a friendly and encouraging environment who like to work as a team and have a bit of craic along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees across multiple sites.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and appeal hearings.
• Oversee operations recruitment and support talent acquisition strategies.
• Deliver performance management coaching and career development initiatives.
• Lead people development strategies, including succession planning and skills matrix management.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Conduct fair employment monitoring and complete associated reports.
• Participate in weekly/monthly operational meetings, providing HR insights and solutions.
• Oversee fortnightly pay and bonus reviews in collaboration with payroll.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in an HR Officer role or similar.
• Strong working knowledge across all HR disciplines.
• CIPD Associate Membership preferred.
• Experience with HR systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Full clean driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business use.
