FP&A Manager (Immediate Start)
Artemis Human Capital is working exclusively with an innovative and highly successful manufacturing business in to appoint an experienced FP&A Manager on 6 month fixed term contract.
The Role:
In this standalone FP&A role, you will work closely with the Finance Director and senior management team to help shape the company’s growth strategy and commercial direction. You will play a key role in providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving business performance through robust financial planning and analysis.
This position is ideal for a hands-on FP&A professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with senior stakeholders to influence key business decisions. You will be responsible for delivering in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute directly to the company’s success.
The Role:
- Own and develop the financial planning and reporting process
- Monitor and report on financial performance
- Prepare and review the annual budget whilst consulting with the senior management teams across the wider business
- Analysis of profitability to understand key profit drivers within the business
- Preparation of financial performance analysis and sharing insights with the operational teams.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Significant experience within manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills with the gravitas to influence the executive team
- Ability to ‘hit the ground running’
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret financial data from multiple sources
